Welcome to Lay Ministries
Lay Ministries are the heartbeat of the NC Conference of the Global Methodist Church. Guided by the Holy Spirit and rooted in our mission to “make disciples of Jesus Christ and spread scriptural holiness across the globe,” our lay leaders serve faithfully across every generation, church, and region. Under the leadership of Conference Lay Leader, Heather Grabbs, these ministries connect and empower individuals to live out their faith boldly and beautifully, in their homes, churches, and communities.
Why Lay Ministries Matter
When disaster strikes, we show up. When churches seek new ways to disciple, we bring ideas. When young adults seek deeper connection, we help them find their fire. Across North Carolina and beyond, the Lay Ministries of the NC Conference of the Global Methodist Church are making a difference every day. Together, we’re not competing, we’re completing one another’s work in the Kingdom.
