Day 30: Immeasurably More

Scripture: “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us…” – Ephesians 3:20

God isn’t limited by your imagination. He can do more than you can ask for. More than you can dream up. More than you can even conceive.

“Immeasurably more” means beyond measurement. Off the charts. Exceeding anything you thought possible.

And notice where this power is at work: within us. Not out there somewhere. Not in some distant miracle you’ll never experience. Within you. Right now.

A woman I know prayed for years for her adult son to come back to faith. She asked God to soften his heart, to bring him back to church, to restore their relationship. Good prayers. Reasonable prayers.

God did immeasurably more. Not only did her son come back to faith—he became a pastor. Now he’s leading hundreds of people to Jesus. She asked for restoration. God gave her multiplication she never imagined.

That’s who God is. You ask for enough. He gives abundance. You ask for healing. He gives wholeness. You ask for provision. He gives overflow. You ask for a second chance. He gives a completely new beginning.

The world says: lower your expectations so you won’t be disappointed. God says: I’m able to do immeasurably more than you can ask or imagine, so dream bigger.

This doesn’t mean God is a genie granting wishes. It means His plans for you are better, bigger, and more beautiful than anything you could come up with on your own. Trust Him with the big dreams. He’s not intimidated by them.

The Trust Triangle:

BELIEVE: God is able to do immeasurably more than I can ask for or imagine. His plans exceed my best-case scenario.

RECEIVE: God’s power is at work within me—right now—able to accomplish more than I think is possible.

RESPOND: Today, what dream or prayer have I made too small? What if I asked God for immeasurably more and trusted Him with the outcome?

Reflection: Where have you been limiting God with small prayers or low expectations? What would you ask for if you truly believed He could do immeasurably more?

Prayer: “God, You are able to do immeasurably more than all I ask or imagine. Forgive me for making my prayers too small. Today, I ask You for [big, specific request]—not because I deserve it, but because Your power is at work within me. Help me trust that Your plans are better than anything I could dream up.”
